"Frustrating tech help that led me nowhere"

I had to use the warranty support for a pool part, and they did get it sorted out in the end. The only thing was the replies were slow, and I had to follow up twice. I mean, who loves chasing down support emails? It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not exactly smooth either

"Liner didnt fit right and felt cheap"
I ordered this as a replacement liner and it just didnt fit the way it should. The corners wouldnt sit right, and no matter what we tried, there were still wrinkles. The material felt thinner than I expected too, so it didnt really feel worth the price. I reached out to customer service, but they werent much help. Disappointed overall and I dont think Id buy a liner from here again.

I ordered from Royal Swimming Pools and the experience was alright overall, but I feel like they used to be better. Nothing went terribly wrong, but the customer service replies were slower than I expected, which made the whole process feel a little more frustrating than it needed to be.
When they finally got back to me, they were polite and did answer my questions, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just had to follow up a couple times, and that’s not what I remember from past experiences. I’d probably still order again, but I really hope they get their response times back to where they were.

"Freight delivery was a headache"
The freight delivery ended up being the most frustrating part of the whole order. I kept waiting for someone to give me a straight answer, but the timing kept shifting and I felt like I was just being left in the dark.

The carrier and Royal Swimming Pools didn’t seem to be communicating with each other, so I had to keep following up myself. After a while, it felt like no one was really paying attention unless I pushed for an update.

Ordering pool stuff is already stressful enough, and the delivery situation made it way more of a hassle than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order again if freight delivery was part of it.

"Arrived on time, packaging was a bit rough"
My pool parts showed up right when they were supposed to, so I can’t really complain about the delivery itself. The only thing was the boxes looked a little beat up, with a few dents and one corner kind of torn open.
Luckily, everything inside was totally fine and nothing was missing or damaged. I probably would’ve given 5 stars if the packaging had arrived in better shape, if that makes sense.

I ordered from Royal Swimming Pools because they seemed to have most of the parts I needed, and my receipt/email confirmation made it look like everything went through fine. After that, I found out a few things that showed as in stock weren’t actually available.
To be fair, customer service reached out and explained what was going on, and they gave me a couple options, so it didn’t turn into a huge hassle. I just wish the inventory on the website matched reality a little better before checkout.

"Refund took longer than I was hoping"
I ordered from royalswimmingpools.com and ended up needing to cancel, which was already a little frustrating on my end. To be fair, customer service did get back to me and the refund was approved without any major hassle, so I felt okay about that part.
What bothered me was how long it took to actually show back up on my card. I kept checking because I was expecting it sooner, and the wait made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also didn’t feel especially quick, so 3 stars feels about right

I was mainly just hoping that everything I selected online would be exactly what showed up, since pool parts can be kind of annoying if the size or model is even a little off. Thankfully, the order was right when it arrived. The items matched what I picked, the sizes were correct, and there wasn’t anything missing from the box as far as I could tell. The only small downside was that shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t anything major or enough to make me upset. In the end, I’m happy with the order, and I’d be fine using them again the next time I need something for the pool.

The communication wasn’t great. I kept having to check in myself to see what was going on, and when I did get replies, they either came late or didn’t really clear things up. It just made the whole order feel more stressful than it needed to, especially with that thing not really being explained.

"Custom order was close, but not perfect"
I ordered a custom pool liner and, to be fair, most of the sizing was close. One corner just didn’t line up the way I was expecting, so I had to do some adjusting to make it work. I don’t want to say it was a total miss because it wasn’t, and maybe there’s some room for error with installs, but for a custom order I was hoping it would be a bit more exact.
